I have been working as a counsellor with TLC since 2018 and worked on/off in mental health since graduating from my degree in psychology in the 90s. To take my mental health career further, I undertook some post graduate studies in counselling (2010) and am working towards training as a supervisor across the next 12 months.
I specialise in the use of expressive and creative therapies (arts, music, drama) across a range of counselling methods as talk therapy alone isn’t everyone’s “cup of tea”!
I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and for those times when life feels unsure or overwhelming. I am a warm, friendly, non-judgemental soul who enjoys meeting new people. I love chocolate, animals, gardening and playing music.
