What does workplace stress mean for you? Your colleagues? Your business?

No matter what job we do, we experience stress in the workplace. Sometimes this stress is for a short time, but other times it seems to keep dragging on. However, when we become aware of what our workplace stressors are, we are able to promote a workplace with a positive culture.

The WSQ has been developed to ask questions that explore the different areas of stress and stressors in work life of:

  • Nature of the Work
  • Change
  • Working Conditions
  • Interactions
  • Employer/Employee Relationship

This assessment supports your ability to explore ways of self-managing your work environment.

Tailored conflict resolution services that help each party to understand the others perspective.

We do this by:

  • Providing a safe environment for open and respectful communication.
  • Provide terms and conditions for each party to abide by.
  • Listen for commonalities.
  • Listen for differences and workshop if anything can be done.
  • Negotiate strategies that can be accepted by both parties.
  • If differences are unable to be changed, then strategize on how each party can respectfully work with the other.

If issues of bullying arise, the process can be conducted in separate consultation to ensure the duty of care and safety of the bullied party.

TLC has developed a program for Team Building, that can be attenuated to your specific needs and interests. We do this by:

  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Inviting self-management, accountability, and individual responsibility
  • Participative problem solving
  • Joint ownership of solutions
  • Creating a safe and trusting space where all contributions are valued.
