WHO ARE WE?
We are an organisation that has a blend of Psychologists, Counsellors and Therapy Assistants with extensive experience working in community and supporting people with mental health diagnoses.
Our approach blends a clinical underpinning with practical programs to support participants in moving forward, developing their capacity to live a fuller life and reach their potential.
A key belief of TLC is to work closely with the other NDIS Providers supporting a Participant in a highly collaborative way.
Whether it is the Support Coordinator, other Allied Health Professionals or the Support Workers our focus is ensure our strategies align in supporting the participant to reaching their goals.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
Due to the nature of TLC's unique approach and service delivery model we are regularly asked to support participants with complex Psycho-Social needs and help them in finding a way forward.
We work with the participant to develop their capacity to live an independant, fulfilling life.
Our success is measured by a participant's quality of life improving to the point their need for support through TLC diminishes and is no longer required
