What made you decide to become a counsellor/ psychologist?
Coming from a large family I have always enjoyed being their and supporting those around me through their challenges. I believe that I am at a position in my life now, that I where others outside of my family can benefit from my help.
What is the most rewarding part of being a counsellor/psychologist?
Meeting people from all different backgrounds and knowing in some way I have helped them discover ways to make their lives a bit better. It doesn't matter how small it is, even if it’s just a chat.
What do you bring to helping people
I bring with me life experiences, a deep passion to help people, a happy disposition, empathy, maturity and openness.
What is the one thing you would say to anyone who is thinking about reaching out for some help?
When they are ready to chat I am happy to sit and listen.
