REACH OUT
FEELIng ANGRY ALL THE TIME?

Why do I always get angry?
Anger is an emotion, you shouldn’t run away from it.

Channeled in the right way it can have a positive impact on a situation.

The hard part is many people express these feelings in a way that it has a negative impact. When a situation is perceived as being out of your control the frustration can escalate.

The key is to develop strategies that allow you to identify what triggers your anger and ways to manage and defuse it before you explode.

Then anger can very easily become aggression, which never ends well.

If you would like to understand anger, learn to take control of it and avoid aggressive interactions.
